A Spring Friday in May, coinciding with a royal wedding, a bride who grew up in Hong Kong and a groom from England, the brief set was East meets West. Creating a marriage between Chinoiserie and an English walled garden in West London, the theme was playful, colourful in a chic and elegant manner. With accents of green and yellow parrots, bird cages, ming vases and a bespoke De Gournay inspired tablecloth we created an intimate dinner for 200 in a Tudor courtyard. The party continued in the ballroom with a tailor-made balloon wall and mirror balls where guests enjoyed after hour cocktails and DJ Ben Bridgewater’s tunes into the early hours of the morning.
